Which MOBO for this processor?? Help!

I just got this processor from a friend cause he upgraded to 3.4 ghz. Its a P4 2.8 ghz and thats all I know about it. On the back of it it has:
Intel Pentium 4 2.80 GHZ/512/533/1.525v
SL6HL MALAY
L230A572-0373
Now im trying to figure out which mobo to use on it. The name socket stuff like that. Im still kinda novice to this type of stuff so please bare with me as I learn. And can I have a couple different alternatives pricewise to? Such as this one is cheaper but doesnt perform as well as. To that extent cause i dont know if im gonna have the cash to get the best mobo so i might have to settle for lower end mobo and upgrade it later.

If it looks like this, http://www.gb.tomshardware.com/NewsImages/2005/0000847/intel_s478... then it's a 478, if it look like this then it's a 775 http://www.hausmeister-stern.de/shop/images/medium/p4-775.jpg

Notice the 775 does not have any pins were as the 478 does, the only other problem your going to have is finding out the the FSB speed and you need to know that b4 you can buy a mobo, from googling SL6HL MALAY i believe it's a 533 bus speed.

Thanks for such a quick reply. I searched google and ebay and i think it is 533. Plus the marks on the back say 533 as well. So which options do i have for mobo?
