SOrry i'm not sure if this is the correct forum to post in.

Anyways, i have a V@mp iop-f350 mp3 player. When i turn it on, the screen said "i neeed font! Download it!" The menu is blank (seem like it's missing a font file).. .so if anyone know anything about upgrading firmwire or how to download and install the font . please post here.

I went to the official website and searched for the firmwire, but only firmwire for IOPS F300 series (F312/F325) were found, but there isn't one for F350.

"*Attention: This firmware is not available for other products besides iOPS-F300 series (F312/F325).
If you wrongly use this firmware for other products, the player will be out of warranty. "

Sorry.. i think i found the way to fix it. Sorry guys ..

Edit: Nope, i didn't get it to work. When i turn on the device, it says "FTL Error Initial Format.. Low level" the next screen appears says "FAT Error Initial Format.. Quick", but the "Quick" soon turns into "Format Error".

I repeatively try it over and over, but doesn't work. Please help ASAP.

I just call the costumer service and he said it's something wrong with the hardware, and i could send it back in to get a new one, but my friend bought his one EBAY and she needs a proof of purchase.

Sorry, i didn't want to double post, but i seriously need help.
