Burn with nero,What is the Buffer stats for?...

Hey i recently noticed that while playing attention to nero while it is burning a back up, that if you ask the computer to do anything in the meantime the buffer drop down, or starts to struggle, i usually do not have any thing running while using nero, i have guessed the buffer has something to do with the burning successfullness and is effect by CPU usage, but can anyone out there give me a proper explanation?

The buffer is the amount of system memory Nero has set aside for itself to use. It will clear out anything that is temporarily being stored in memory so that it has room to execute it's functions. If you call up another program or something, that program is going to try to use memory, and Nero is forced by your computer to share processing power as well as memory space, so both your computer and Nero will slow down a bit while they figure out who has priority.
