hi, i am trying to create a dvd and want to place a video on which plays before the menu appears (E.G the copyright warnings on proper dvds). i have done it before but i cant remember if it was NVE that did it.
so am i able to do this with NVE or any other program?

Nero places the menu at the beginning of the movie with no options to "relocate" it downstream of any other titles. You might try something like DVD Lab.
