I have a samsung d500 and am trying to send pictures to my pc with the above dongle. I seem to be able to transfer pics from pc to phone but not from phone to pc.

My phone does pick up my computer' connection on a general search and I can pair my device ok but when I go to send the photo it says connection failure and it can't find the computer username.

HELP!!!!
