Are all of the new us psp's version 1.5, or has sony already been shipping them with the updated firmware. I really don't want to get one and be stuck with something that can't run homebrew. Thanks

all PSP made/shipped after july, from sony, will have the updated firmware 1.51, I recommend you go to a local store and purchase one with the 1.50

I just got one a few days ago and it is 1.50 there was even The Spiderman 2 movie and Gretzky NHL that came with it. I think they have a lot of the 1.50's left.
