Apologies if this is posted on the wrong forum,
I have recently bought a Philips HDD070 mp3 player, and am having problems with file transfer. I can get the songs onto the mp3 player, but when they are playing on the player there is no song name, artist name etc. All directories say "no artist found". This is despite having the correct artists, track names etc on the computer. The programme that I am using to transfer the music is Musicmatch Jukebox which is supplied with the player.
Any help with this would be appreciated.
