hey guys i have a big problem can you help plz (i know there is other posts/forums about this but i have tried everything and i need some help)
i had this azureus for a while and i cant get good speeds on it (i can get 20kbs max) im looking everywhere and loads of people have the same problem but nothing seems to work i need some help guys it take me like 20 hours to download 700mb and i have 2mb connection it is only with azureus/torrent this happends if i download from i site i get 200kbs+. i know about new torrent that you will get a slow speed but i meen its old torrent where there is 100+ seeds im still getting 20kbs download and if i start another torrent at the same time its like i have a download limit because they will both go around 10kbs each, i havent got a limit on my upload or download i have tried it with a limit on both, i have turned zonealarm off, i have tried old versions of azureus, difernt clients, changing options, changing ports, reinstalling azureus,i changed to and from Dynamic to Static i.p even bt engin, everything!
but i really need some help here guys i know som1 will say there is other posts about this yeah im sorry but i have tried all of the information in other forums and nothing works i have even tried these links
maybe those sites might help other people but i dont know what to do i would really apreashate it if you could help guys but i have tried everything to get a good speed
if someone could help me with some information on something i could try with the ports or the options it would help guys

well there is a reason you could be getting slow. when i use Azureus i download slow as like u do and my connection is 8mb, so i use bit-tornado, it connects quicker doesnt use as much java and is simpley better.
some sites Azureus may take forever to connect like the pirate bay and torrentreactor because sometimes it takes me days to get files. just cos it says 100 seeds doesnt mean all of them are connectable or if they are fast and the tracker.
most bit-torrent communtie sites are easy to connect to the tracker and download files fast strait away without having it to take ages to speed up.
so try bit-tornado and see if that works.
