im new to doing backups etc so this mite sound like a suptid question. But what is the difference between DVD-R and DVD+R? and what disc is more suitable for backing ups ps2 games, and which is for backing up dvds.

Difference between DVD+R and DVD-R:

For version 1-5, use only DVD-R. Version 6 and above can play DVD+R and DVD-R, but I have heard that it is better for the laser using DVD+R on v6 and above.
