I have 2 options for buying a TV TUNER Card,1st Radeon 9250 128MB , 2nd PHILIPS Video Grabber with TV Tuner and FM Radio. I sort of like the idea having fm radio on my pc so the phillips is my first preference.Anybody got anything bad to say about Phillips Cards eg YEAH MAN THEY SUCK would like to to know .I think people may say Radeon.A brief description of my pc gigabyte board ,2.6 amd cpu,1 gig of ram

Second question main criteria for this is video capture,watch digital tv sometimes on my pc etc I now only have on board video as all new card are AGP so they have to be better than what i have .this is the ? gamers buy dedicated video cards, will a tv tuner card serve the same function ie video capture with the same quality as a DEDICATED VIDEO CARD.
