Help!!! Matrix Infinity Issues

I just got my slimline ps2 modded with the matrix infinity chip and went ahead and downloaded the latest firmware for the chip and now the chip won't flash, when i boot up the ps2 it just comes to a screen and it says "matrix" and it won't do anything else, won't boot my backups or nothing!!! It was working perfect prior to me trying to upgrade the chip, i followed the instructions about upgrading but it's not working, any help on this matter would really be appreciated.

I haven't opened up the ps2 yet, but i bet i have a fake matrix infinity based on what i've read on the link you posted, if that's the case i'm definitly sending it back for a refund, what sites out there that have the "real" matrix infinity modchip? also does anybody know where i can send my ps2 to get the modchip installed by some "real" professionals? i'm not going back to those "fakes", appreciate any feedback.

There are a ton of post here at afterdawn about modchips and where to buy them and have them installed just do a search at the top of afterdawn and you should have no problem finding, and I think in one of the post in that link I posted someone says where to go. Good Luck
