HI

I'm Using a Ricoh MP5125A Drive.

And i got New DVD disks (cheap one's also read here that theres problems by using cheap media) i also got Better quality Disks to test.

But kept coming up with the same problem. Movies keep jumping, Pausing and Sticking.

It's 2.4x burner i tried 4x & 8x media(which i had to upgrade the firmware for it to work. 1.72 i think the version was)

i've had no problems until i started using 4x 8x disks & upgraded the firmware. Cheap 2.4x disks worked prefect no matter what brand i used.
All movies i have copied have worked fine on P.C/P.c's

So i was wondering if there was a known problem with that burner?!? (its also bout 2years old maybe longer i can't remember Think i got drive jus after it was released)

Any help be great thanks.
