how do i burn these files IMg File, PAK File, 20 File(SLUS_***.**) and the System Speed Dial thing. What do i do next.

you have opened up the game image,thats what the files you have are

if you cannot get back to the image,try loading them all into Nero burning rom(udf/iso) option,and burn it

im a moron, i install WinRAR, now when it shows the iso its a rar file which wants to be unzipped. i should just burn it with dvd decrypter

Eh?

You have to extract the WinRAR archive/s , and if it is in the form of an ISO, then burn with DVD Decrypter onto decent media at a slow and supported speed.

If it is not an ISO, then do exactly what Hursty said,
