Wireless NAT Problem

Im not new to this but not a expert and i have never had a problem with opening ports before.
yesterday i set up a wireless router (LinksysWRT54G) so i could share a DSL connection i have on my PC with my laptop, everything works ok i have the wireless on my laptop perfect all of that but in every filesharing program i try i have NAT problems.
I have my windows firewall off
I have config my mcafee firewall correct
I have The ports forwarded on the router and the modem
but still if i run something to see what ports i have opened it tells me all of my ports are blocked Mad
Can anyone help me out because iv tried everything and still no joy i never had this problem before i set up the router so it must be something to do with that.

Hope someone can help me out lads cheers.
