I have a Version 7 fat PS2 and I ordered the Swap Magic 3.6 discs and slide card from gamesoftinc.com. When i took the front panel off the PS2 one side broke,but its still OK. Some people say the slide card can missalign the laser and brake the Playstation. I haven't got my order yet,but i'm really worried about my PS2 breaking. To anyone who uses this card,how hard is it,and have you had any problems?

The slide card is simple to use. At first it can be fustrating but once you follow the diagram on the Swap Magic sight you'll be laughting at how easy it is. Once you've done it once you'll be able to do it in a few seconds flat the next time. I havnt heard anything about it damaging the lazer so dont worry about it k.

Guide:

1) Load up your Swap Magic.

2) Wait for its to reach the swap magic screen, you'll see a few options

3) use the slide card to unlock the tray

4) Take out the Swap Magic Dvd/cd and replace it with your backed up game

5) Relock the dvd tray with the slide card

6) Press load program

And thats it.

The above steps are explained with detailed diagrams on the swap magic sight.
