To most people These 3 features are probally common sense,
But I dont Understand what they do,I searched afterDawn and bit torrent guide but did not see anything.
Can you tell me what Manual Announce,External Announce, and Finish Allocation are used for?

Manual Announce is mainly used for manually updating the status of the torrent to the tracker that torrent relates to. So lets say the tracker goes offline for some reason and comes back online but tracker is using status when it went offline (last stats). so you manually announce to the tracker to get updated status etc.

External Announce does almost the same thing. Whilst manual announce announces to the tracker a torrent is tracked from, External allows you to enter the tracker info yourself. Good for multitracker torrents.

Finish Allocation - I have yet to figure out what this does. I *think* it has something to do with disc allocation; how much memory / HDD space your client sets aside for that particular download.
