does any1 know wether homebrews like snake,chess,and tictac toe on ur psp are illegal or not i saw them on http://insanepsp.com/download.php?list.10 i need to know b4 i get them on my psp

Yes, especially those are legal, those are made for the public, and are purposly meant for being free. However when you get into the issues with ROMs and EMUs, that is where it starts to push the limit, but you dont need to worry. Are cops/govt seriosuly gona get you for downloading supermario world??? calm down a bit buddy. If you look at all the stuff i do on my comp, you would see things the same way.

The homebrew games are legal and fun!

You dont know how old george is and who knows how his parents feel about him having illegal roms on their PC. you dont want them attacking afterdawn for something stupid.

George if you're afraid to do it then read up on the law and make your own choice...

Your right, i was harsh, But all i have to say is that the law is not specific on any of these things yet,, so you cnt even get in toruble for downloading a ps2 rom.
