Interesting update really. Doesn't tempt me though, I don't use internet through psp and don't need anything else that this update provides. Wallpapers, browser and all that has been seen on homebrew already. Sony is just copying ideas from homebrew :p
I don't know, maybe never? Since 1.51/1.52 hasn't been cracked yet, and they probably have patched previous security issues in the new firmware. I wouldn't update if I we're you. At least it doesn't bring anything new that I would need.
