Ok, I'm currently using PRO-DATA DVD-R made by AN32. Someone said it was good media, but when I checked on google, it said that its media to avoid. Now, I want to know if it's good media or bad media to use and if it's good or bad for my PS2 V12 chipped with a DMS4 chip. Loading times are pretty fast. I downloaded DVD Identifier and I checked on the disc and here's the info, please tell me if its good or bad for my PS2, because I don't want my laser to die...I spent $150 Canadian on my chip+installation, and I really don't want it to fuck up and die. below is the info on the PRO-DATA (AN32) disc:

Is this DVD-R good for my V12?

I used DVD Identifier to find out info on my disc (DVD-R)

Rytec go4 or go5 are I have found to be excellent. You'll never go wrong with Verbatum. Probably the best is Tao Yuden, made in Japan. Also I've read here that Fugi, as well as Sony, made in Japan are good.

I picked up some Dynex DVD -r on sale. They burn to about 10% and then crap out. I have used Dynex before with no problems. I ran this last batch through DVD Identifier, these ones show up as "Anwell Precision Technology". What a bunch of crap. I have 2 burners, and have the same problem in both burners with these discs
