I have a slim line PS2 with a Matrix Infinity V 1.33. Games that use to boot will not anymore. I either get a blank screen or it sends me back to the browser. I upgraded the firmware to version 1.45 but still nothing. It will still play some backups and all originals as far as i can tell. If anyone has a solution i would be very grateful.

clean the ps2 lens with a cotton swab and alcohol.remember to squeeze the excess alcohol out of the swab.

try turning the mod on and off.you said the games played before so it has to be something wrong with your ps2.either your lens or modchip.

The Games or burnt so It want work if i turn it off. How do you turn it off? I think i'm gonna take it to get the lens looked at cause i dropped it once. Yea I Know I'm A Dumbass. It still play some back up's so I'm hoping the lens is just screwed up. Thank You for the help though i'll apreciate it.

you did clean it with rubbing alcohol and cotton swab instead of a cleaner disc,right?
