Hi all, i've recently downloaded Gameshark2 v.4, and Action Replay Max. I tried loading them to my ps2, but whenever i load it, it goes to the screen where you can browse ur memory card and stuff. My ps2 is modded and everything, and i was wondering if you need the Action Replay memory card to boot it up or sumthing and if you don't need 1, how can u surpass it? thank u all

i would think so since the memory card it comes with is what you store all the codes on.

Where do you store the cheat codes then?
On another memory card?
The AR Max memory card comes with hundreds of game cheat codes already on it.
And when you add new one's this is where they get stored.

yea, it does work without the ar memory card. I've figured out how to make ar work. I'm just having a little problem with Dynasty Warriors 5, the All Item Code doesn't work for me :(
