I just bought Benq 1620. Use Nero and Kodak media. I can copy anyfile into a blank media, but I cannot add any files into a media which has some files inside. Nero showed: failed burn at 4x at disk-at-once.I updated Nero and firmware of Benq, with no luck.
In Nero, I chose multisession. I can use my Mistumi CD-RW to add any files into CD by Nero before. Just not working the same way with Benq DVD.
Please help.
