Megaman X: Command Mission - skipping

So I've made two backups of Megaman X: Command Mission. The gameplay is perfect, however the movies skip like crazy. What could it be?

I burned using DVD Decrypter on Maxwell DVD+R's, at 1x speed. And I'm using the PS2 flip lid with Magic Swap 3.6. Any ideas for this n00b?
