Just a quick question. I was wondering if the PSP Game loaders overclock the PSP such as the Coded Arms or Ape Escape ones.

Thanx n advance to all who reply

There are currently 2 iso loaders out that "overclock" the PSP as well.

1 is the newest version of the Hook Boot launcher/loader.
compatible with:

DarkStalkers Chronicle
Dead To Rights-Reckoning
Derby Time
Dokodemo Issyo
Doraslot-Shuyaku ha Zenigat
Generation of Chaos IV Another Side
Glorace-Phantastic Canival
Intelligent License
Kollon
Korean Utility Disc
Lumines
Mahjong Fight Club
NBA 2K5
Puyo Puyo Fever
Puzzle Bobble Pocket
Rengoku-The Tower of Purgatory
Sangokushi V
Smart Bomb

that's why I put overclock in quotes. You're not really overclocking the PSP. It was built to run at 333. What you're doing is actually bringing the PSP up to par. The only reason sony didn't have it run at that speed to begin with is because it kills battery. When you "overclock" it to 333 you will notice considerably less battery time before recharging. Sony might start to have things run faster, but it wont be until they come out with a new battery.

anyway, there have be NO reports of anyone having problems with upping the processing speed from all the forums I read. I run it a 266 all the time and have yet to see any errors. Still... Sony did not originally intend it to run like that so I have to note that it's a "on your own" decision.

and to answer your question..yes. almost every loader out does not have an overclock option nor does it need one. see the first link in my sig. go to the ISO post and in there is a link to loaders...good luck
