is it worth going from 1.52 to version 2.0 or should i stay at version 1.52

Go to 2.0 and then tell everyone here what you like and don't like. No reason to stay 1.51. 2.0 will most likely be the next attempt at a crack/hack anyway.

You shouldn't upgrade. 2.0 doesn't bring any significant enhancements (I think that browser on psp is just a piece of crap, you'll have to be near computer to use it so why not use the computer insted?). And if 1.52 has any vulnerabilities then they're most likely patched on 2.0. Then you'll be pissed that you updated and end up whining here that "is there a hack for 2.0 yet???" :p I would choose not to upgrade if I were you, but do what you will.
