Azureus With a LinkSys Router HELP!!!!

Okay I really need help here. I have a linksys router and my downloads with Azureus is too slow. I have Mediacom Cable. My download speed from internet explorer (e.i. Download.com) is 300-600kbps at an average. I read a guide online about Port Forwarding. I did this and also did Port Triggering. My bittorrent downloads now go up to 30kbps (Rarely). I don't know if I'm doing something wrong but why can't I get a faster speed like I get with normal downloads in IE? I mean, BitTorrent is known for it's high-speed downloads and I have a fast connection so I don't understand where are thos "high speeds".

Hopefully the person that started the thread knows that its been moved.

Anyway, before you post these questions you should look at the other threads, there are a number of things to try.
