I know that this is an older game, but when I try recordnow or alcohol 120 the backup will not load

The original size of the game is about 1.14 gb and when you you extract the files they total 801 megabytes. I am using $ony cd/dvd generator 2.00 and when I try to make a cd-rom master it says that the file is to large (even with a cd-rom fix I think the max on cdrom is 700 mb), but when I try to make a dvd-rom master I get the following error:
Too short location length. (less then 600000 sector)

Is there a fix to get rid of these limitations on file sizes because the only fixs I have found is for previous versions? Also I have seen on someones homepage that there is a $ony rom genrator 3.00. Does 3.00 exist and would it help solve this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
