I've created an ISO of God of War using DVD Decrypter and I got one big ISO God of War File on my Directory (7.8 GB) and one other separate file, which is an MDS file (file size 9 KB).

I'm worried about this because the instructions about Backing up God of War says that I need 16 files, but I've only got 15 (the file that's missing must be the MDS file).
I'm currently on Apache 2 with 15 files.

Have I done something wrong or have I missed anything?
If someone can elaborate I'll be grateful.

(I'm using the Official God of War thread instructions to back it up)

And another question- Do I have to do ISO "write" after I've ISO "read" God Of War? (using DVD Decrypter)? Or do I just go on to Apache 2 and begin extracting?

And also what's the difference between ISO "write" and ISO "read"? (on DVD Decrypter) And what does ISO mean? Is it for all DVD's?

I apologize for the onslaught of questions, I'm a newbie when it comes to backing up games and movies.

the 16th file is in the second layer

which needs extracting with apache2

to do this right click on the dvd icon and swap layers
then extract the seconfd layer to the same place the first layer is

the write function if for writing the iso after youve done it all so go onto the apache2 part

iso read is to make an iso image on you pc
iso write is to burn the iso to disk

i think iso is a type of image format for disks
