Well... Nero should be able to copy it... what are you trying to copy it to dvd or cd?

dvd i tried burning it with dvd decrypter but no luck and its 225 mb?

you need to burn it to a CD not DVD,you cannot burn bin images to DVD??
or convert it to DVD

Yea... Bin/cue files are for cds. So you'll either need to convert to dvd or burn to a cd like hursty said.
