One thing this doesnt belong in this forum but i will try to help anywayz first turn on the camera and than put the usb in both ports than you shouldve installed some stuff that came with your kodak i did than it should say something has connected if you installed the software it will bring up kodak easyshare but if you didnt jus go to my computer than open up the removable drive and just copy all the files there

google your camera, and look for a driver if you do not wish to use the software you got with it.
