I think if you play the game coded arms (offical way) you can update to version 2.0 but i dont see why you would want to.

Because you wont be able to play any homebrews (No nintendo emus, or doom or anything) and i said offical way because alot of people are downloading coded arms, and playing it, however if you actually play coded arms with the umd, then you can install firmwire 2.0
