Hi,
Needing some advice on how to fix this issue.
Tried HP who simply don't have a clue.
When I insert a DVD disc into the drive the computer restarts, CD is fine.
I have installed drivers, downloaded the JS04 firmware update (from HP site), the LS engine will not install (also from HP site) - still same issue.
Also tried disabling the DMA (Direct Memory Access) which just made the computer slow as..
Any ideas???
