Seeing i am from europe i need to have a few awnsers on these few small questions;
Is the ISO load method Firmware free or not ?(So you can also load files from the memory stick even though you have a newer version?)
Am I able to create a japanase ISO and play it on my europe PSP ?(From memory stick that is)

yep its free.

But u wont be able to load any isos from europe psp right now, cuz europe psps will be v2.0 firmware and at this moment u cant load anything on higher then version 1.51.
