Dear BitComet users,

I am using BitComet version 0.59 on my laptop and I am experiencing a rather peculiar problem and I really hope someone can help.

While I am busy downloading via BitComet it suddenly and randomly freezes my PC and I have to restart. Why is this happening and what can I do to fix it?

I heard you may need a patch for your version of BitComet. I reccomend you change to BitLord, which is exactly the same exept it has no spyware/adware.

i have bitcomet, but have never experienced that problem...^^^ you said bitcomet has spyware? I have never encountered any, and i have every spyware removal/block available, freeware and purchased.

yes its truth bitcomet really got spyware, but if u go to the bitcomet web it will then cost pop up or sometime u download stuff from bitcomet web then inside may have some spyware.
