Hey...can someone please tell me if it is possible to have aim on my firmware 2.00 psp...or if it is even possible to have aim on a psp...thanks...

ok you have a wireless router to get connected to the internet right? Ok all you need to do is on the web browser on the psp firmware 2.00 and type this adresse http://www.webaim.net then you just sign your password and your username for the aim if you want my aim is napster10tom i tried this cause i already have firmware 2.00 from downloaded off of psp_hacks

Hey pimp1010...thanks for the addvise...but is there a way i can just log in in the aim window...instead of just typing the web address in...like you know when you use aim in a computer...it's already downloaded into your computer...so you don't have to access the internet to go to aim...so can i just down load aim into my psp...or do i have to still go to the website...and log on there...thanks for the help...

Hey Domreis...the browser is pretty fast...faster then aol...as long as it's faster then aol...i think internet will always be fast...but aol sucks... even people pc...is better then aol...i just like aim...that is the only program i like for aol...it's because aol is simple...unlike yahoo messanger or msn messenger...they are to complicated...but aim is just simple...and aim almost has the same shit as yahoo and msn...well anywayz...yeah the internet is pretty descent...so i think you should go update your psp to firmware 2.00...i was kida cautious on updating me psp...but what the heck...i read all of the great comments that people wrote down about the verison 2.00...and they were right...i was tempted into buying wipe out pure...but since i found what that they were goin to have the new update...i decided not to...one bad thing about the browser...is that it will only access the internet if you have at least 40% and/or higher...which is the signal...but i had like 45% but i was surprised it was pretty fast...but if i were to have 100%...then i the internet would be the same internet speed as your computer...or faster then a laptop connected to a wireless network...Also another thing l like about the update is that...you can change your background easily...just find a picture you like and save it to your photo folder in your psp...then view it in your psp...then save as wallpaper...you can also send and receive photos...that is so awesome...and the video playback...is a little better...so i think you should update your psp to 2.00...mmmmmmmm....i wonder when the next psp update will be...before you know it...we can watch live tv...dang there is so many shit we can do with our psp...and this is just the begining...

Z, as far as I know there is no way to download AIM to your PSP and use it offline. I refuse to upgrade my firmware so i'm not saying it wont be possible, and sony is claiming to add an email client soon...
