Need help, Yellow light with Netscreen 5xt

Hey,
I have a Netscreen 5XT router currenlty hooked up in my house
and i can't get the green light to come on, currently i have
opened the ports 6881-6999 and 10000-10004 (on both TCP and UDP)
Currently i use Bit Tornado and i also went into the Prefs->advanced and then changed the Port range from 10000-16000 to 6881-6999 and turned of the randomise option and changed the UPnP port forwarding
to off, and i still have the yellow light
If anyone can give me a few pointers on how to fix i would be greatful
