Bit Tornado with Zone Alarm

Does anyone know if there are special settings I need to change in Zone Alarm when using Bit Tornado? I've always uded BitTornado without any problems (using NIS and Kerio) but I just changed to Zone Alarm and although my downloads start OK they only run for around 3 minutes and abruptly stop with no message or an indication as to why. If I cancel the download and then restart it the same thing happens. If I disable Zone Alarm it works fine.

I was a bit premature there, it ran for over an hour this time (without Zone Alarm) and then just stopped again. I'm stumped now.
