Looked through the forum and did not see this problem answered. Have Windows XP with Pioneer DVDRW DVR-104 and Liteon DVD-ROM LTD1630. Microsoft's support page says the problem may be the machine is trying to read with 32 bit. It says that DVD R is in 32b pkg, but DVD-RW is in 16b pkg. Because my software came with the machine, they decline hotfix. Alternative is to wait until an update package comes out that addresses this problem. Have recently gotten into Video Capture, and sure could use those DVD-RWs for my practice sessions. Has anyone else had this particular problem? Any help?
Am brand new member, and would appreciate anything at all.
