Had It With ImbNes and Action Replay

I need some serious help! I have tried everything to get ImbNes to work on my PS2, I have read and read on these forums, I have seriously tried everything. Let me give you some info. I am running Action Replay for the PSone, and I have downloaded the emulator from Imbnes.com, and followed his instructions step by step, using the rombank and creating the image and burning it with Nero and Cdrwin, but still I have no luck. I have read about loading it up from the AR certain ways, but still have had no luck. I am using CD-R and making sure that I am buring the cue file. But I only burn the cue file i do not add the ISO Image that is also created with the cue. I dont put them in a folder, I just burn the cue right from the desktop. At the swap disc screen on the AR, is put in the NES disc and press X, but I only make it to the black screen, it will never load past that. I have tried pushin O+R1+R2, and L1+O, too which I read off the net. Could it be my version of Action Replay? Should I use Game Shark2? or Replay Max? I ahve 87 Roms on the disc which I downloaded from romnatoin.net. All games play well on my computer with RockNes. Can someone help me with my situtation? This is the only reason I decided to do all this and no I cant even do it!!!! Any Help would be great or any ideas. Thanks
