avi2dvd - trouble with just one episode

i was trying put 4 episodes of trigun through avi2dvd & they all worked apart from one, episode 3. i've been using avi2dvd for a while & have not had any problems.

i tried to put episode 3 through avi2dvd on it's own & it just closes as if it has finished. in the destination folder, there are a few items, but not everything that should be there.

playing this particular episode in media player, everything seems fine. the playback is perfect.

i can't figure out what could be the problem?
