ARE ROMS LIKE NINTENDO GAMES OR SOMTHIN AND IF THEY R THAN HOW CAN U GET THEM ON YOUR PSP

No need for caps, and in a nutshell,,, those are called emulators, emulators can be installed on a psp which will emulate anything that emulator is, for example a super nintendo emulator can be installed on your psp, then you can download roms for it, roms are the games you use to play on the emulator, think of it as an mp3, with an mp3 player...
