HELP with BitLord Settings!

I have BitLord, and a SurfBoard Cable modem, and a Linksys router. Can anyone tell me the optimal settings to apply to everything to make the download speed fast?

If I were you I'd switch to Bit Tornado. But with any file sharing program you use, you need to make sure you have the ports open that the program uses. If you have a router, you need to make sure those ports are fowarded to the router.
