Does anybody know if there is one of those CD Mega changers (300-400 discs) that can be hooked up to a PC so you can fill it & automatically rip all your CDs to mp3 onto a computer hard drive. I know Sony has been making mega changers, but not sure if they have this feature. Maybe someone else makes one. If not, any suggestions on how I can easily transfer all my CDs to my computer instead of the current one-at-a-time method?

Wow, that is asking alot. To my knowledge I don't think such a product exists. I know you can get a cd burner which burns 30-40 discs at one time but not the product you are asking for.

Doesn't exist yet, but if you built it, you'd make a killing!

Yea, I didn't think one really existed yet. My theory too is that they don't really exist on a consumer level yet becuase I'm sure it would just add to the music piracy situation already in place & out of hand. People would rip more music and therefore access to more files for peer-to-peer networks on the internet would exist. Plus, I just thought of another possible problem. It might be a risk & not that profitable of a device too because what would stop someone from buying one at a place like Circuit City that has a 30 day return policy. All you would have to do is hook it up and load it with all your CDs, then rip all the CDs to mp3 files onto your PC in a few days only to turn around and return the darn thing a week or two later.
