can take a huge amount of mp3's and rename them from either the filename to tag, or tag to filename, aswell as search for dulpicates, catalogue, and sort the mp3's into say artist\album\# - Title.mp3

If anyone knows of a cool app that works rather well, share the knowledge!!!!!!

For the best quality mp3s use EAC (exact audio copy) to rip your audio CDs and LAME to encode them. Follow this guide:

Tag&rename works very well, but does anyone know of an app that does that but then you can update the files already on your hdd and get the tags updated on a cddb??

So even the files on your local hdd get updated from the cddb? thats wicked, otherwise its a great app!!
Any idea how to modify the file renaming parameters to make it to move all the files to say artist\album\track - title.mp3
cause when i tried it, it created them like i mentioned above but it moved the into subfolders that go about 5-7 deep and then you only find the songs!
