ok look i want to convert videos for my psp portal which hasn't been released yet. all i need to know is how. can someone post here explaining this to me?

check out 'psp video 9' (http://www.pspvideo9.com/) freeware

very easy to use and also supports AVC if you are using fw 2.00.

It's not free but I use PSP Movie Creator from PQDVD.com:

http://www.pqdvd.com/psp/

I tried quite a few before I bought this and it worked the best for me. Stick a dvd in and it rips it to mp4 in the same time the movie plays back. Also does the normal file types.

Much quicker than PSP Video 9, which I can vouch looks better, due to a double pass, but who has 4 hours to wait around for it to convert a dvd?
