Is there any way to burn over 30 song to a cd and play it in a car or regular cd player?

possibly, if they aren't very long. your best bet is to find some 90 minute CDRs. allmediaoutlet.com has them

For the best quality mp3s use EAC (exact audio copy) to rip your audio CDs and LAME to encode them. Follow this guide:
