my download speeds were ok until suddenly they have reduced to like 2.1 kbs/s and sometimes go to zero.

i use azureus, and have sygate firewall, my mate did the ports thing on the firewall and has been working fine for the last year.

i have tried the router thing on FAQ but it says access denied when i type my IP into the web, plus i cat be arsed messing too much or will probably corrupt windows or something knowing my luck.

can someone help? is it possible its somat to do with my ISP? how do i do that port thing from 6881 to 53000 or whatever it is on sygate?
