After I compress my videos to m2v files in CCE what are the exact steps and settings (aka INI settings) or where they can be found, in order to manually create a proper SVCD in the form of bin/cue file. Basically I'm looking for the switches for PULLDOWN, the ini settings for BBMPEG, and the commands for VCDXBUILD. I mean i have done a dummy run with dvd2svcd and looked at the log file which is generated but the default.ini for bbmpeg gets deleted after the muxing finishes. I need to know things like audio delay and so fortg for bbmpeg... thanks.
