I made some copied of some CDs that I own to keep in my car. I used a Pioneer DVR-108? DVD burner. I used Nero Burning Rom 6.0.0.9 and ran the 'copy disk' part of the program. The 'Fast Copy Setting' was set to 'Audio CD' and 'Write Method' setting was set to 'Disk-at-once'. My problem is that the copies don't work correctly in my car or my home system player.

Every disk has the correct number of tracks. Track 1 is one track (I think,) but Track 2 contains the songs for track 2 and track 3, and Track 3 contains the songs for track 4 and track 5, and so on. The end-most tracks are blank. The time counter (shown on the CD player) for Track 2 has the first song counted with a negative number and then second song has a (normal) positive number on the counter. Also, I can't skip forward to track using the skip button (the player locks up) but, if I start at the beginning of a disk and let it play, all of the songs will play correctly one after the other. I have about 10 different albums (ie.- all that I tried) that turned out like this way. If I play them on my computer using WinAmp the disks seem fine and WinAmp seems to have the correct songs on the correct tracks. This is the first time I tried 'copy disk' using Nero but have sucessfully copied CDs in the past using other software.

What is going on here?

What can I do differently to make is work the way that it should? (Nero's 'Make An Audio CD' works but reads each track individually and is a workable solution but doesn't really solve the problem.)

Has anybody else had this problem?
