Ok everyone had a Magicspin drive which worked very well did over 600 movies with this drive before it died, but co. wont replace drive unless I mail or fax a copy of my recipt to them. In which I dont have, had no other problem with computer periphials such as sony, maxtor etc. replacing drives quickly but this co. insists on a copied recipt in thier hands before issuing a RMA #, they said it was to make sure you purchased the drive at an authorized dealer, what crock of sh##. anyway beware I thought it was a good drive but company's warranty policy sucks. so dont loose your recipt.
